1998 dodge caravan spark plug removal-3.3 litre(three rear plugs)Is there a decent way to get these plugs out?

the only intelligent way is on a lift with a cool to the touch engine however if the air inlet piping to the throttle body is removed and you have long skinny arms and your dexterity is way above average the plugs for cyl's 3 and 5 may be accessed leaving
