I need suggestions on building a briggs and stratton 5hp racing engine?

I am starting from bare block so open to any and all suggestions. If you need the engine model number i will get it to ya.

What application? Drag,dirt,road? Kart,mini bike,rototiller? My mower will beat your mower.
